Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, TX is seeking a full-time Senior Electrical Helper to support commercial electricians with tasks including mounting and installing conduit, wiring, and material handling.

Travel may be required; safety policies must be followed; candidates should have 3–4 years of commercial electrical experience, a HS diploma, OSHA 10 or ability to obtain, and pass background/MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years recent commercial electrical field experience.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pass pre-employment background check and MVR when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial electricians with various tasks and material handling.
• Mount and install conduit, wires, and strapping per instructions.
• Assist in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Work from all types of ladders.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.

Job Summary

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all types of ladders
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years recent commercial electrical field experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
