IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, in Pecos, Texas, seeks a full-time Electrical Helper to support commercial electricians by performing tasks and material handling, mounting and installing conduits, wires, and strapping per supervisor guidance, and assisting with wire pulls.

The role requires working from ladders, compliance with safety policies, and occasional travel. Applicants need 3–4 years of commercial electrical field experience, a high school diploma or GED, OSHA 10 or ability

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Job Summary

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all types of ladders
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years recent commercial electrical field experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
