Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, in Lithia Springs, Georgia, seeks a full-time Electrical Helper to support commercial electricians on job sites. You will assist with conduit, wiring, and material handling, and perform duties under supervision while following safety policies.

Travel may be required and a valid OSHA 10 is preferred to support site safety. Qualified candidates have 3–4 years of commercial electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and can pass background checks

• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial electricians with tasks and material handling.

• Assist in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Work from ladders of all types.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures.

Job Summary

• Assists commercial Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling
• Properly mounts and installs assigned work conduit, wires, and strapping as directed
• Assists in wire pulls and other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all types of ladders
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years recent commercial electrical field experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
