Job summary

CSFCO is seeking an entry-level helper to support electrical crews on a heavy industrial construction site in Alabama. The role involves assisting with conduit installation, wire pulling, and equipment setup on a Monday–Thursday schedule (6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

You will maintain a clean, safe work area and follow directions from electricians and field supervision, contributing to testing, punch lists, and general jobsite activities, while upholding all safety procedures and English communication

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or industrial electrical experience.
• Familiarity with construction jobsite environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew.
• Basic understanding of electrical and jobsite safety practices.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior electrical trade experience


• Desire to advance within the electrical trade

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts as required


• Ability to work in industrial environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoor conditions)


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
