Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites, manufacturer representatives, and office meetings as needed.
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and workplace safety practices.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Associated degree or one to two (1-2) years of vocational technical training preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures under supervision.
• Support electricians and foremen by preparing tools, materials, and work areas.
• Help with the assembly and installation of conduit, wiring, and electrical panels.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure safe work practices.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Travel to various job locations and manufacturer representatives for hands-on experience and training.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with testing electrical components.
