Bachner Electro USA, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Helper to support our electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience, material handling, and basic electrical tasks while working with experienced electricians.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical experience preferred, not required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen.
• Must adhere to OSHA Safety Standards and NEC requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Pull electrical wiring through conduits.
• Cut, bend, thread, and run conduit materials.
• Terminate electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and devices.
• Maintain and reference industry electrical codes.
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Demonstrate safe working practices with PPE and safety procedures.

Position Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Helper to support electrical crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role provides hands‑on experience assisting with installation, material handling, and basic electrical tasks while working alongside experienced electricians. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone motivated to learn the trade, build technical skills, and grow within a safety‑focused, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for pulling electrical wiring through electrical conduits.
• Will cut, bend, thread, and run electrical conduit materials.
• Assist in terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
• Maintain and reference industry electrical codes.
• Strong understanding of applicable electrical and other maintenance‑related laws, codes, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Attend training and safety meetings.
• Demonstrate safe working practices to other technicians by utilizing PPE and always working safely.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be motivated, willing to learn, and hardworking
• Valid Driver's License
• High school or equivalent required.
• While most work is in and around the Greenville/Spartanburg area, we service several major auto manufacturers throughout North America and travel is required.
• Must adhere to OSHA Safety Standards
• Must understand NEC requirements.
• Must be available to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules with some overtime and overnight travel.
• Occasional weekend and holidays required (pay premiums apply)
• Frequently required to walk, sit, and use hands to pull cables and wires, use power tools, work in awkward positions, and climb ladders
• Must be able to safely lift and/or move up to 75lbs.
• Must successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and a drug screen.
