We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Custom Manufacturing Tooling Engineering team based in Coopersburg, PA. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience in electrical design and automation for tooling and test systems.
  • 2+ years of direct supervision experience, preferably supervising engineers.
  • Proven leadership in technical development and process improvement.
  • Experience with CAD tools for electrical design (e.g., Altium, AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards, safety codes, and instrumentation.
  • Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controllers for automated test and tooling systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW, Python, or other scripting languages for test automation.
