Job summary

RTX is seeking an intern to participate in researching, developing, and testing electrical components and systems. You will troubleshoot production line problems, perform drawing designs, and collaborate with stakeholders on engineering projects.

The role offers exposure to power generation, transmission, rotating machinery, and servomechanisms, with to-be-defined benefits and a focus on hands-on learning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM major and actively enrolled through the internship/co‑op session.
  • Experience using MatLab, C, C++, Excel, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks; troubleshoot production line electrical issues.
  • Complete drawing designs as required and use engineering software; consult with stakeholders on projects.
  • Gain knowledge in power generation, transmission, distribution, rotating machinery, and servomechanisms.
