The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience and be skilled in communication, organization, and leadership. Responsibilities include directing electrical crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and evaluating maintenance performance. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years as a superintendent.
• Must have solid communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Valid Driver License is required.
• Solid safety record and OSHA Certifications preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple smaller projects.
• Preferred NCCER+/State Electrical License holder.

Responsibilities
