Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial/commercial electrical work with leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC compliance, and controls.
• Proven ability to lead crews in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient with smartphones, email, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for crews of 8–10 electricians and apprentices.
• Plan tasks, track productivity, and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to meet milestones.
• Ensure work complies with NEC regulations and quality standards.
• Manage stock, tools, and material deliveries to avoid delays.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field solutions.
• Maintain daily progress reports and safety meeting participation.
• Mentor junior electricians and uphold safety culture.
