Qualifications

Master Electrician license per Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners.

Responsibilities

Delegates and prioritizes work for electrical staff and contractors.
Schedules contractors and tracks time and materials.
Implements and enforces the AC Electrical Safety Program.
Maintains knowledge of electrical distribution panels and transfer equipment.
Recruits, hires and evaluates staff, with ongoing performance reviews.
Supports fire and disaster procedures and maintains clean, safe job sites.
Develops staffing plans based on workload and competency needs.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
