Qualifications

  • Technical Certificate from a two‑year college and completion of an Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • 7 years in related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Master Electrician license per Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners.

Responsibilities

  • Delegates and prioritizes work for electrical staff and contractors.
  • Schedules contractors and tracks time and materials.
  • Implements and enforces the AC Electrical Safety Program.
  • Maintains knowledge of electrical distribution panels and transfer equipment.
  • Recruits, hires and evaluates staff, with ongoing performance reviews.
  • Supports fire and disaster procedures and maintains clean, safe job sites.
  • Develops staffing plans based on workload and competency needs.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
