Job summary

Hypower is seeking an Electrical Foreman to manage and guide a team within the Fort Myers area. This role requires knowledge of NEC Code requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee job scheduling and crew productivity. Qualifications

• Must have a valid Florida State Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Proven experience with job scheduling and labor production tracking.
• Ability to clearly define daily goals and follow up on progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crew, ensuring compliance with NEC Code and OSHA standards.
• Schedule jobs and manage crew's daily progress.
• Interpret plans, specifications, and product data.
