The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and advancing within a self-directed environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience, a WI Journeyman's license, a valid WI driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain soon after starting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five years of experience leading a portion of a large project or as Foreman-In-Training.
• WI Journeyman's License is required.
• WI driver's license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain shortly after start.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium size projects, often leading crews of 2–5 team members.
• Organize and coordinate project timelines, materials and equipment to meet schedules.
• Ensure work meets Suburban Enterprises' standards, budget and codes.
