Job summary

HM Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and industrial projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and budget adherence on site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of electrical experience, prior foreman-level responsibility, and a solid knowledge of NEC codes. Valid driver’s license and OSHA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
• Foreman or crew leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code.
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Order materials and manage job site inventory.
• Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen.
