  • Maintain accurate as-built drawings documenting field changes, revisions, and installed conditions.
  • Plan daily work assignments and coordinate manpower, sequencing, and jobsite activities with the Project Manager and other trades.
  • Complete required field documentation, including daily time records, T&M tickets, material receiving logs, incident reports, photos, and other project paperwork.
  • Obtain customer or client signatures on T&M documentation for work outside the original scope.
  • Plan material needs using project schedules and weekly lookaheads; order materials in advance to maintain productivity while minimizing waste and unnecessary supply-house trips.

  • Communicate consistently through company email, SharePoint, and other assigned digital tools.
Qualifications
  • Experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or senior-level commercial or residential electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ability to independently install, test, diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise crews, assign work, train employees, maintain accountability, and keep projects moving toward deadlines.
  • Ability to read electrical plans, specifications, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, and coordinated MEP drawings.
  • Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes, OSHA safety requirements, and safe electrical work practices.
  • Experience with project documentation, including daily reports, timekeeping, T&M tickets, material tracking, RFIs, and as-built drawings.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using tablets, email, digital plan files, photos, spreadsheets, and cloud-based document systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, roofs, and lifts and to perform job-related material handling and other physical tasks as required.
  • Current electrical license, or ability to obtain and maintain credentials required for the work performed in the applicable jurisdiction.
Preferred Qualifications
