Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical construction, maintenance, and installation activities on job sites. The role leads electricians and apprentices, ensuring safe work in compliance with codes and standards while supporting project schedules, quality, and productivity.

The candidate will oversee conduit/Cable tray installs, switchgear work, duct banks, and manhole setups, using hand and power tools with strong math skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience in industrial or heavy commercial work.
• Active Journeyman license is required.
• Experience installing conduit, cable trays, and duct banks; setting manholes; and performing switchgear installations.
• 1+ years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial work.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and basic math; reliable transportation; ability to work Mon-Thurs.

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Foreman. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical construction, maintenance, and installation activities on job sites. This role provides leadership to electricians and apprentices, ensures work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and standards, and supports project schedules, quality requirements, and productivity goals.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical experience with proven industrial or heavy commercial work experience
• Active Journeyman license
• Proven experience with installing conduit cable trays (PVC coated, galvanized, 3-inch conduit), pulling cable and terminating connections, switchgear installations, duct bank setup (2-inch) and setting manholes (1,400–1,500 ft runs)
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic math skillsReliable means of transportation, and ability to work Mon-Thurs
• 1+ years of electrical experience with proven residential, commercial, or industrial work experience
