Job summary

A construction leader in Texas is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise and coordinate electrical activities on a major project. This role requires 5 to 8 years of electrical construction experience, strong leadership capabilities, and knowledge of electrical installations. What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily electrical field activities on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. This role is responsible for leading crews in a safe, productive manner while maintaining quality and schedule requirements.

What You'll Do Here
  • Supervise and direct electrical crews performing installation work.
  • Plan and execute daily work activities and short‑term schedules.
  • Ensure work is performed per drawings, specifications, NEC, and site standards.
  • Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and material needs.
  • Lead daily toolbox talks and enforce all site safety requirements.
  • Interface with General Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades.
  • Track productivity and report progress and issues.
  • Review drawings and layouts to identify conflicts or constructability issues.
  • Support inspections, testing, and turnover activities.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and timekeeping.
What You Bring To The Team
  • 5–8+ years of electrical construction experience.
  • Prior experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations including:
    • Conduit and cable tray systems.
    • Wire pulling and terminations.
    • Equipment installation.
    • Grounding and bonding.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain).
  • Must be able to provide a valid Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) number upon acceptance.
