Job description

Position Overview

The Electrical Foreman plays a critical leadership role, ensuring project success by maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Foremen have access to innovative technology, such as company‑provided iPads, and participate in customized training at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, managing material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology, including iPads and smartphones, to ensure timely completion and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders with at least five (5) years of experience managing scope and running multimillion‑dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
