Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks Electrical Field Service Technicians (NETA II–IV) to support acceptance and maintenance testing of MV/HV equipment in utility, industrial and data center settings. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship and field leadership across multiple levels.

Certification is preferred but not required; hands-on testing experience is valued. Travel up to 50% and a full benefits package are offered with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 2-8+ years of electrical testing experience (level dependent).
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with NETA standards and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance and maintenance testing per NETA standards on medium- and high-voltage equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot switches, transformers, breakers, relays and protection systems.
• Execute LOTO and NFPA 70E safety procedures; conduct arc-flash and shock hazard evaluations.
