Structure Resources LLC is seeking a Traveling Electrical Field Superintendent to join our client's team. This direct-hire role will involve supervising large electrical crews on multiple commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership skills, the ability to coordinate installation activities, track progress, and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Travel is required to support project sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction of projects.
• Supervise up to 30 electricians and subcontractors on site.
• Schedule, participate in, and lead project meetings to ensure milestones are met.

Job description

Structure Resources is seeking a Traveling Electrical Field Superintendent to join our client's team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an innovative electrical contractor that has a strong team environment and ample room for upward mobility.

They are looking for a Field Superintendent who has experience managing large teams in multiple commercial projects.

This includes accountable for the management of assigned projects including the installation, performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction of projects.

The ideal candidate will also have experience performing all work within an established time frame and ensuring that work is done in conformance with quality work standards, projected man-hours, within established company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements. Able to supervise up to 30 individuals. Also schedules, participates in and/or conducts project meetings.

Compensation:

• $40-45/hr (hourly role, plus OT)
• Vehicle allowance/gas card
• Per diem included if not local
• Company phone/tablet
