Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation seeks a senior Field Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities for underground installations, directing craft labor and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

Mobilize for a long-term Pecos, TX assignment, coordinating with engineering, project controls, and construction management while ensuring resources and toutputs align with project budget objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevantexperience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience delivering underground electrical installations as a Field Superintendent.
• Experience coordinating with design on constructability issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft labor and subcontractor teams to ensure safe, efficient daily work.
• Develop and monitor 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule and forecast labor and costs.
• Coordinate multi-discipline activities and report progress.
• Resolve constructability issues with engineering and ensure resource availability.
