Job summary

AOA is seeking a Field Superintendent (Electrical) in Anaheim, CA to lead electrical construction efforts on high-profile projects. You will collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Executive, coordinating vendors, scheduling, safety, and quality control to ensure successful delivery.

You will provide leadership, technical guidance, and strong communication with clients and internal teams. The role requires 7+ years in electrical construction, OSHA 30, and a track record of complex

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Proven ability to manage construction processes and documentation.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong scheduling, estimating, budgeting and QC understanding.
• Capable of resolving conflicts and complex issues.
• OSHA 30 certification and electrical licensing are preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, vendors and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction efforts on the project through installation.
• Perform constructibility analysis and value engineering recommendations.
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings and contract payment processes.
• Coordinate with governmental and utility agencies.
• Lead the project delivery system and maintain logs.
• Supervise direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure interface with Engineering, Facilities, and Operations.
