This role focuses on leadership in electrical projects, field operations, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial setting. We offer a competitive wage of $42–$45 per hour, with 50–60 hour weeks and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical leadership roles is required.
• Strong industrial knowledge and experience with controls.
• Ability to oversee the overall performance of assigned area operations.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Must conduct all jobs in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for the project field.
• Work with crews in the field when necessary.
• Mentor team members and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure personal job mastery across the site.
• Report to the Industry-specific Project Manager or Construction Manager.
