Faith Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to perform electrical service installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance in commercial and industrial environments. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to NEC standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent (8,000 hours).
• Ability to travel 60-75%.
• Education/experience aligned with electrical service in commercial/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with NEC.
• Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision.
• Installs conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.
• Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections.
• Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles.
• Develops and integrates project schedule with other trades.
• Follows workplace safety procedures.
• Maintains effective customer relations through problem-solving.
• Participates in safety talks and audits.
• Identifies and reports unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
• Works as part of a cohesive team.
• Supports Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring programs.
