IES Residential Inc. is seeking a Field Electric Supervisor in Kernersville, NC to support operational excellence and safety standards across project sites.

You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and subcontractors, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring customer expectations are met. The position requires 4–6 years of experience and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; travel to job sites is expected, and the role is on-site
