Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction).
• Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systems.
• Proficient with estimating software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine scope and requirements.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summaries.
• Present cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teams.
• Track project changes and adjust estimates accordingly.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support job turnover and execution.
