Job summary

Fulton, a private multi-national group headquartered in Pulaski, NY, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technician to support the design, assembly, wiring and testing of electrical systems for industrial heating equipment. The role collaborates across engineering, production and quality to ensure safety and performance.

You will help review schematics, document designs, and participate in validation testing, while upholding UL/NEC/CE standards and cost‑effective implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting design, assembly, wiring and testing of electrical systems.
• Ability to ensure compliance with codes such as UL, NEC, CE.
• Collaborative work with engineering, production and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with electrical engineers to review wiring diagrams, control schematics, and layouts.
• Develop and document electrical designs, including component selection and layout optimization.
• Provide feedback on manufacturability and serviceability of electrical designs.
• Support prototype builds and engineering validation testing of heater control systems.
• Develop test procedures to verify electrical performance, safety compliance, and system integration.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including schematics and wiring instructions.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with relevant codes and standards (UL, NEC, CE).
• Participate in design reviews and suggest improvements to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between engineering, production and quality teams; support field teams with insights.
