Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in electronics assembly, testing, prototyping, or related technician work.
• Experience performing SMT and through-hole soldering.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and test prototypes, assemblies, and fixtures from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform PCBA rework and precision soldering under a microscope, including removal, replacement, and repair of components.
• Perform SMT and through-hole soldering for prototype, engineering, and production builds with high workmanship standards.
• Assemble and modify wire harnesses, cables, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Execute functional, environmental, and acceptance testing and document results.
