This role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of experience, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. The position is full-time and on-site in the assigned office.

• Coordinate staffing and workload through project development to complete documents on schedule.
• Be involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
