Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3 years of proven leadership experience.
• 5 years of electrical design experience using AutoCAD.
• 5 years of experience with Allen Bradley hardware/software (RSLogix 500/5000, RSView).
• 5 years of experience designing networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, Modbus, Profibus).
• 5 years of experience with high voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, retain, and develop talented employees.
• Ensure safety of staff and those around work site.
• Lead as Supervisor/Company leader and contribute as individual contributor.
• Develop standard work processes and procedures.
• Monitor and improve project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure subcontractors meet quality, code, and consistency standards.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Customers, and Supply Chain for end-to-end execution.
• Support after-sales training and customization with customers.
• Travel up to 20%, including international travel.
