Steel Partners Holdings is offering a full-time Electrical Engineering Rotational Associate position in Menomonee Falls, WI. This 24-month program is designed for early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience through structured rotations across various engineering disciplines.
Participants will develop skills in electrical design, testing, and innovation initiatives while working closely with experienced leaders. The program includes mentorship and exposure to high-impact engineering roles.

Participants will complete three rotations at MTE (Menomonee Falls, WI) and one six-month rotation at MTI (Pleasant Prairie, WI).
Full-Time | 24-Month Rotational Program
The Electrical Engineering Rotational Program (EERP) is a two-year development program designed to build future-ready engineering leaders across our diversified portfolio of operating companies. This full-time program provides early-career engineers with immersive, hands-on experience in electrical engineering design, testing, manufacturing support, and innovation initiatives.
Through four structured six-month rotations, participants gain broad exposure to engineering operations, product development, and cross-functional collaboration while working directly with experienced engineering leaders. EERP associates contribute to real business outcomes while developing the technical and leadership capabilities required for long-term career growth.
