Position Summary
The Electrical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of electrical design engineers supporting Trident’s advanced electronic systems, including space computing, embedded processing, and high‑reliability electronics. This role combines technical leadership with people and project management to ensure successful execution of current programs while building the capabilities needed for future products.
The Electrical Engineering Manager oversees staffing, performance, technical quality, and process adherence within the electrical engineering discipline. The ideal candidate has a strong background in board‑level electrical design (digital, mixed‑signal, and/or power), experience in aerospace or high‑reliability environments, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams delivering complex hardware from concept through production.
