Allen Control Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager in Austin, TX to lead and grow our electrical engineering team. This player-coach role combines hands-on technical work on schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware development with people leadership in a matrix organization.
You'll mentor engineers, drive power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing and networking, and partner with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams to deliver field-ready hardware.
