Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is offering an Electrical Engineering internship at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA for January–June 2027. Interns must be fully available for the duration, pursuing a EE degree, with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and able to obtain US work authorization.

The role covers design, testing, and documentation of control systems for show and park-wide systems. Responsibilities include collaboration with project engineers, estimating and scheduling, and participating in design

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior or Graduate student pursuing Electrical Engineering with at least one class remaining.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (no rounding).
Available for the full duration of the internship (January–June 2027).
Must be capable of obtaining unrestricted work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

Design, test, document, and sustain hardware and software control systems for Show and Park-wide systems at Disneyland Resort.
Develop solutions and analyze situations with project engineers.
Participate in project estimating, scheduling, planning, and training.
Perform system, software, and hardware design reviews and hazard analyses (FMEA).
Communicate work status and impact to management and partners clearly and timely.
