Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for Fall 2026 in Merritt Island, FL. This part-time, on-site internship offers hands-on exposure to real projects and mentorship from licensed engineers, with an average of 20 hours per week.
You will support facility assessments, power design tasks, drafting in AutoCAD/Revit, and technical report writing while gaining practical knowledge that complements your coursework. U.S. citizenship verification is required.

Job Summary: The candidate will obtain invaluable hands-on technical experience that you cannot learn in a classroom. Our engineers will help the candidate apply textbook knowledge and create solutions for real engineering challenges. The candidate will gain practical experience by working with experienced engineering and technical professionals and participating in challenging engineering projects.

Some college or better in Electrical Engineering.
Must be currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering program at a four-year ABET university or college with preferred targeted graduation date within 1 year (preferred).
