Job summary

TTI Electrical Engineering Intern position in Anderson, SC, offers guided work under a Sr. Engineer to apply entry‑level engineering skills to design and develop new products and support existing lines.

Local candidates only; Fall 26’ internship scheduled. You will contribute to CAD modeling, testing, and design analysis while gaining hands‑on experience with embedded electronics and PCBA considerations.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering OR Computer Engineering.
Must have ability to quickly research information for projects.
Must be able to communicate technical status to Engineering Supervisor and project team.
Familiarity with embedded systems, PCBA manufacturing and power electronics.
Familiarity with schematic capture, PCBA layout software, and circuit simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Participate as a key member of a team working on projects of a large scope.
Design analysis and calculations including software aided analysis; CAD modeling and drawing creation.
Design modifications and conceptual designs for rapid prototyping and feasibility.
Testing: write test requests, review prototypes, perform tests, troubleshoot embedded electronics.
Design new experiments and test systems; perform testing; draw conclusions from data.
