Job summary

Rehlko is launching an Early Talent Program in Wisconsin designed to give students real engineering experience. You’ll receive mentorship from industry leaders, work on hands-on projects, and contribute to energy-resilient solutions within a collaborative environment.

The program targets juniors, seniors, or graduates in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with opportunities to grow technical skills and professional readiness in a fast‑paced, inclusive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term, in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and willingness to contribute to design activities and rapid-response projects.

Responsibilities

• Support routine and complex engineering tasks under supervision and mentorship.
• Contribute to design activities, rapid-response projects, and continuous improvement initiatives while learning from experienced engineering professionals.
