Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. seeks an 17E Instructor to provide electrical engineering course development and training support for the 17E AIT course at Fort Gordon, GA.

The role requires delivering instruction in a professional classroom and office environment and may involve handling strategic and tactical equipment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited program), be able to obtain instructor certification, and hold a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering; ABET accreditation required.
• Must be able to become instructor certified per three-phase certification process.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrical engineer.

Responsibilities

• Instruct Electrical Engineering course development, instruction, facilitation, and training support for the 17E AIT course.
• Select and apply learning strategies appropriate for the training scenario.
• Communicate effectively through speaking and writing.
• Practice active listening and adjust instruction based on feedback.
• Coordinate activities with students and staff.
• Demonstrate social perceptiveness to respond to trainees' needs.
• Manage time effectively to cover curriculum.
• Document and monitor trainee performance.
• Promote active learning and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance and take corrective action as needed.
