Electrical Engineering Co-Op

Pay Range: $22.50/Hour


Location: Onsite in Willmar, MN | No ability to work remote


Schedule: 40 hours/week


Timeframe: 6-9months

About our Co-Ops:

Nova-Tech Engineering currently has full time, paid Co-Op opportunities located onsite in Willmar, MN.The Co-Op program is available to students entering their Junior or Senior year of college beginningJanuary 2027 through August of 2027 or May 2027 through December 2027 for students pursuing Electrical Engineeringdegrees.


Learning Experience Objectives:


  • Build successful working relationships with members of a cross-functional team

  • Identify areas for professional development outside of core Electrical Engineering curriculum

  • Develop a general understanding of the various roles, processes, and procedures that support product development within a Electrical Engineering Group

  • With direction from theProduct Owner and team, learn how to prioritize many competing tasks and project responsibilities to meet objectives on-time

  • Develop understanding of specific areas of skill and disciplines of interest within Electrical Engineering

  • Learn how to use an Agile Scrum framework to get work done in a collaborative team
