Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with ABET accreditation or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Registration as Engineer Intern, Engineer in Training, or Professional Engineer licensure by a state or territory.
• Time-in-Grade requirements as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.

Responsibilities

• Develop preliminary and final designs and specifications for electrical equipment and systems for water storage, water conveyance structures, and power facilities.
• Prepare comprehensive electrical design and solve construction problems and other engineering issues.
• Perform technical review of electrical design analyses, plans and specifications for contract documents, studies, reports, etc.
