Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with softcore magnets or electromagnetic systems.
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation software (COMSOL, Ansys Maxwell, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of magnetics, transformers, inductors, and power electronics.
• Experience with manufacturing processes for electrical and magnetic components.
• Familiarity with IEEE, IEC, or UL standards relevant to electromagnetic design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop softcore magnetic components and systems for electrical applications.
• Conduct research and analysis on electromagnetic properties and system integration.
• Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams.
• Develop simulation models for magnetic field analysis and testing.
• Optimize efficiency, durability, and cost in electromagnetic designs.

• Produce clear documentation and technical reports.
