Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Specialist, Electrical Engineering to lead the development of complex electronics hardware for seabed applications. The role requires strong digital and analog circuit design, system integration, and collaboration with customers and stakeholders to influence design decisions.

You will architect, design, test, and qualify electronic subsystems, working within schedule and cost constraints while supporting bids and bases of estimate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering; minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 2+ years preferred. In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect electronic circuit cards, electronic parts, and integrated circuitry for seabed hydrophone systems.
• Create analog and digital designs for electro-mechanical and control systems.
• Analyze electrical requirements to assess feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Provide input to program bids and bases of estimate.
