Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics.
  • Hands-on experience with DC power systems, battery management, and power electronics.
  • Strong understanding of sensor integration (IMUs, encoders, hall sensors).
  • Familiarity with RS-485, CAN, and SPI communication protocols.
  • Experience in hardware design, PCB layout, and debugging.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement DC power systems, including battery management systems, monitoring, and protection.
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to design and validate motor driver circuits and power electronics systems.
  • Integrate and fuse sensor data, including IMUs, encoders, hall sensors, and temperature sensors (PCB-level design).
  • Develop and test power/sensor electronics systems in collaboration with hardware and firmware teams.
  • Ensure system reliability through testing, validation, and debugging of hardware systems in the lab.
  • Document design processes and contribute to hardware best practices.
