Electrical engineer prepares and/or reviews engineering technical designs and design templates for Partner Engineering and Science’s Renewable Energy Team. This role requires an applied understanding of NEC Code, solar, battery storage and other power generation and utility interconnection electrical engineering. The role is for a licensed electrical engineer or Engineer in Training willing to obtain license within 6 months of hire who will be part of a team reviewing and developing designs by applying engineering principles and current industry data.

COMPENSATION
Salary range: $90,000 to $150,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
