Job summary

Liberty Energy seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and optimize LV, MV, HV, and 1000V DC power systems across oilfield and power generation platforms. You will perform studies, lead energization, and drive equipment selection and commissioning with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E, protection coordination, and experience with ETAP and CAD tools. Occasional field work and collaboration with manufacturing and reliability teams are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Knowledge of LV/MV/HV power systems design and implementation.
Experience with protection engineering and NEC/NFPA 70E standards.
Proficiency with ETAP and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

Design LV, MV, HV and 1000V DC systems for oilfield and power platforms.
Perform power system studies (arc flash, grounding, load flow, relay coordination).
Lead electrical commissioning in shop and field environments.
Develop and maintain electrical standards and equipment specifications.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Controls, Reliability and Manufacturing teams.
