• Sound reasoning for risk assessment and failure analysis; knowledge of MIL-STDs and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power supplies and conversion equipment per specs.
• Upgrade existing designs and address obsolescence and manufacturing needs.
• Support bid/proposal activities and testing procedures.
• Develop test plans, IPC/DFM compliant designs, and validation testing.
• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional meetings.
