Job summary

NAES Corporation seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead electrical system readiness from pre-commissioning through commercial operation. You will oversee testing of switchgear, transformers, relays, MCCs, and protection systems, and coordinate with turbines, BESS, and control systems for safe, reliable startup.

Ideal candidates will have HV/LV experience in power generation, knowledge of protective relays, and CMMS/EAM data management to support asset reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience with low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical systems in power generation or heavy industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of protective relays, circuit breakers, switchgear, MCCs and power distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for electrical systems during commissioning and operations.
• Lead troubleshooting, testing, and optimization of HV/LV equipment and protection schemes.
• Coordinate with operations, OEMs, and contractors for reliability and safety improvements.
