Job summary

Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on hands-on development of construction documents, field investigations, and client coordination for diverse clients including industrial, municipal, healthcare, and educational sectors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in electrical design, with PE licensure or in progress, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and arc flash analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, access control, network, and instrumentation and control systems for various clients.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE or equivalent) required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or pursuing licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of construction documents (calculations, drawings, specs).
• Field investigations for data gathering and project progress.
• Client interaction and coordination.
