Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact across Central Processing, Customer Service, and Production.
  • Own project delivery — manage teams, meet deadlines, solve problems, and drive account profitability.
  • Shape Scope of Work and pricing for new and existing projects.
  • Guide onboarding for new clients and projects, defining workflows and schedules from day one.
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, calculations, and construction documents.
  • Provide quality control and technical accuracy across construction documents.
  • Serve as technical consultant to clients and respond to RFIs and submittals during construction.
  • Mentor and develop Engineers and Designers on your team.

We're looking for a licensed Electrical Project Engineer (PE required) ready to lead technical delivery on high-impact residential and light commercial projects — while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license - required

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit or applicable discipline-specific software
  • Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and codes
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Revu
  • A leader's instinct for balancing multiple projects under pressure, without losing sight of the details
