As a Kinectrics engineer, your work will support safe and sustainable zero-emission energy sources, including traditional nuclear and emerging technologies.

About The Job
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on client projects involving modifications to power generation facilities and electrical systems.
  • Design, prepare, and integrate major electrical power equipment.
  • Conduct engineering calculations and develop electrical control circuit designs.
  • Perform tests and research technical problems using various sources of information.
  • Design or modify components based on specifications and instructions.
  • Evaluate materials supplied and work completed by contractors, providing recommendations.
  • Support engineering teams on diverse client projects.
  • Occasional travel for design reviews, construction coordination, and site verifications.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant practical experience.
  • Prior nuclear experience is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
  • Legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
